E9-1-1 BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS’ MEETINGS

The Cullman County E9-1-1 Board of Commissioners meets every month on the 3rd Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. The meeting is conducted in accordance with the Open Meetings Law and the public is welcome at each meeting. The meetings are normally held at the Cullman County E9-1-1 Business Office located at 604 Seventh Avenue SW, Cullman, Alabama 35055. PUBLIC MAPS

The Cullman County E9-1-1 Board of Commissioners provides both wall maps and books to the public. The books are updated and printed each year. Copies of these maps are available upon request at the Board’s business office located at 604 Seventh Avenue SW, Cullman, Alabama.

 

NEW ADDRESSES

The business office provides addresses for new structures located in Cullman County with the exception of the City of Cullman, the City of Hanceville and Garden City. Addresses in these locations will be provided by the administration of each city. Call 256-734-0911 if you have need of a new address.

Smart911

The Cullman County E9-1-1 Board of Commissioners authorized the installation of Smart911 in FY2015 for all primary PSAP’s within the county. Smart911 is a free service to the public to enhance communication and response for Cullman County. The system offers the public an opportunity to create a Safety Profile for their household which will proactively provide details on their family and home that 9-1-1 may need in order to send help in the event of an emergency.
